Kiani Kharfan: Co-Founder and CEO

Kiani runs Novacrest—operations, fund management, investor experience, and strategic direction all flow through her. Before founding the firm, she spent years working alongside high-net-worth individuals, helping bring structure and clarity to investments that were underperforming or poorly managed. She learned, up close, how wealth compounds when capital is deployed into the right assets with the right oversight behind it.

At Novacrest, Kiani sets the standard for how the firm operates and what investors experience.
